Here are some important vitrification and crystallisation facts. There are two ways to achieve a polished stone finish to marble and they are: Vitrification (also known as crystallisation) which usually involves a 2 step sandwich process. How is this managed? Our clients in Essex had unglazed porcelain tiles  which needed cleaning with extra attention to the grout lines. We used a  Wax & residue remover in conjunction with the clean & capture system. Grout colour sealing is an incredible process. This porcelain floor in Woodford Green Essex needed cleaning using the Clean and capture equipment with particular attention to the grout lines which were very grubby. This childrens nursery Vinyl floor based in a village community centre in Cheshunt did not have any protection put on it after being laid. It had become ingrained with dirt and looked very tired. With a house full of kids and pets, one of our clients wanted a high gloss protected finish with easy maintenance  cleaning  for their slate floor . This was achieved by removing old sealers before cleaning the floor with the appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
